Sarah Vincent FInstAM
I'm Sarah, the founder of Admin Guru. I have been running Admin Guru since May 2019
following maternity leave and redundancy from a company I had worked in as an Office
Manager/PA for almost 8 years. It was a big step after doing a full time 9-5 but I love
the flexibility of running my own business from home, setting my own hours, and finally
getting a work/life balance.
I have always enjoyed administration and have worked in various roles from Administrative
Support to PA, Executive Assistant, Office Management and Project Management.
I have experience in all aspects of administration, customer services, sales, and social
media.
I am a Fellow of the Institute of Administrative Managers (FInstAM) and Admin-Guru is
a member of the Society of Virtual Assistants.
I am passionate about working with small business owners and start-ups to help them
with setting up systems and processes to make their day to day administration run a
little more smoothly, (or even taking care of it for them).
Lots of new business owners underestimate the amount of admin involved with the day
to day running of a business and that is where Admin Guru offers an extra pair of hands.
There are many benefits of working with a Virtual Assistant but our ethos is to treat our clients businesses like our own - we have been there and set up a business from scratch so we know what’s involved and that it can sometimes be a bit of a rollercoaster ride!
Sometimes you might need more than *just a bit of typing* or making an appointment in your diary. I can recommend systems and processes, brainstorm ideas and assist with new projects or ventures - We have lots to bring to the table and our experience improves daily as we are managing various clients and using different systems, following different procedures and gaining insights into various industries.
